Grand larceny, South Amherst Highway, Nov. 20: A .380-caliber LCP semiautomatic Ruger pistol was taken from a vehicle.
Assault on officer, Taylor Street, Nov. 21: An inmate assaulted a deputy.
Property damage, Main Street, Nov. 22: A tire was damaged on a vehicle.
Petit larceny, Lancer Lane, Nov. 23: Cash was taken from a wallet during football practice.
Grand larceny, Lancer Lane Nov. 10: A BlackBerry was taken from a student’s desk at the high school.
Burglary and grand larceny, South Amherst Highway, Nov. 21: Hand tools and chainsaw were taken from a shop.
Grand larceny, Kersey Road, Nov. 22: A 46-year-old North Amherst Highway resident was charged with taking a large quantity of copper wire.
Shoplifting, Madison Square, Nov. 26: A 30-year-old woman was charged with taking cosmetics from Wal-Mart.
Grand larceny, Circle Brook Drive, Nov. 5: Two gold rings and a Canon Power Shot digital camera were taken from a residence.
Grand larceny, Thomas Road, Nov. 24: A chainsaw was taken from a parked vehicle.
Property damage, Trojan Road, Nov. 20: A window was broken out at the Amherst Education Center.
