23rd House District Delegate Scott Garrett (R) will hold a telephone town hall at 7 p.m. tonight (Tuesday, January 24th).
Some people who live in the district may have received an automated call from Delegate Garrett's office on Monday. He plans to send out another call this evening to those same people, which will automatically connect them to the tele-town hall.
For those who did not receive an auto-call, but want to take part, you can call toll free 1-888-886-6603 at 7 p.m., and enter extension 17820# (pound sign).
Del. Garrett wrote in a news release:
It is extremely important to me that I stay connected with the people of the 23rd House District while I am in Richmond. Tonight's event will allow you to hear an update about the happenings of the 2012 General Assembly, ask me questions about specific issues, and answer a number of polling questions about "hot topics."
I look forward to this Telephone Town Hall every legislative session and enjoy the chance to hear from friends and neighbors while I'm away from home.
